Suction Type Small Dough Divider
Dough pressure is adjustable by the compensating gear to assure the specific weight of dough pieces.
This mechanism decreases damage to the dough.
Special designed guided cams allow superior function and silent operation.
Centralized control is possible at the operation panel.
2.Rounder < Model RQS >
Umbrella Type Rounder
By enlarging the circumference differentials of the cone at top and bottom, the circumferential speed of dough rounding is remarkably varied; much faster at dough inlet and much slower at dough outlet.
That means desirable rounding effect.
The Teflon coated spiral track results in smooth dough traveling without dough waste sticking to the cone surface and tracks; hygienic!
Whenever doubling of dough pieces occurs, the ejection device functions to remove it automatically.
3.Proofer < Model PQ >
Home Line Proofer
This proofer is applicable to special production lines such as Pizza or yeast raised Donut as well as White bread, Buns and Rolls.
This machine is equipped with a discharge time warning buzzer and the safety device functions in case of disorder of the chain.
Dusting flour catch pans are provided all over the bottom surface for easy cleaning.

Clearance of the rollers varies in correspondence to the volume and stiffness of the respective dough pieces passing through.
Sheeting and stable curling are effected on to the dough pieces by the curling wirenet and pressure board, specially designed and constructed with respective controllers, so that doubling can be prevented.

While moulded pieces are fed slowly and continuously, they can be shaped for placement into baking pans.
Table top is covered with stainless steel.
